Book and Lyrics
Keith Ferguson is a native of Dallas, Texas and a graduate of Dallas Baptist University (Cum Laude, Distinguished Alumnus Award) and Southern Methodist University with degrees in Sacred Music and a Masters degree in Vocal Performance. Keith served for over twenty years in local church music ministry at First Baptist Church, Carrollton, Texas, Memorial Baptist Church, Grapevine, Texas and First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.
A freelance writer, director, actor and worship leader, Keith's theatrical background includes professional work with Dallas Theatre Center, Theatre Three, Lyric Stage and the Dallas' Children's Theater. He is a proud member of Actors Equity, the union for professional actors and stage managers in the United States. In addition, Keith has written dramatic scripts and lyrics for several musicals and plays published with Word Music, Benson Music, Genevox Music, and Allegis Publications.
Keith and his wife Jennifer live in Dallas with their two sons, Mitchell and Michael.
Music
Bruce Greer - originally of Longview, Texas, graduated with honors from Baylor University in 1984 with a degree in Music Theory and Composition, having won a full scholarship in Composition. Upon graduation, Bruce went to work as a Creative Director for Word Records and Music, the world's largest producer of Christian music. Bruce spent six years as songwriter, arranger and producer for Word, recording several projects as a Word piano artist. In 1990, Bruce left Word to pursue a full-time writing and concert career. Since that time, Bruce has become one of the most sought-after arrangers and producers of music for churches in the country, having successful choral, orchestral, piano and solo projects with several major publishers. He has done extensive concert and recording work as a solo artist and also with Cynthia Clawson. Bruce is a winner of the Dove Award, Christian music's highest honor for his musical Mary, Did You Know?
